Basic Information on Data Protection (Ethics Channel)

Data Controller: TÉCNICAS DEL CABLE, SAU

Purpose: Management and processing of communications received through this channel, investigation of reported facts, and the adoption of corrective or legal measures.

Anonymity: This channel allows for completely anonymous communications. If you choose this option, no data that could allow your identification (including IP address) will be collected.

Lawful Basis: Compliance with a legal obligation (Law 2/2023) and public interest. Should you choose to identify yourself, the legal basis will be your consent and the management of the internal information system.

Recipients: Data (if any) will not be disclosed to third parties, except under legal obligation to Judicial Authorities, the Public Prosecutor's Office, or Law Enforcement Agencies.

Data Retention: Data will be kept within the system for the minimum period strictly necessary (maximum 3 months, or 6 months for complex cases). If the information is proven to be false or falls outside the scope of this channel, it will be deleted immediately, unless it must remain restricted (blocked) by legal mandate.
